Road Trip Fun Starts Here: Download Chic Family Printables

Break up the silence, cue the laughter, and ditch those earbuds. This new free road trip fun printables scavenger hunt brings the whole car together, no matter how moody your tweens or teens might be feeling. Packed with quirky finds that skip the usual clichés, this list transforms long hours on the highway into a family adventure (think pink tractors, punny bumper stickers, and cows in sunglasses). Suddenly, headphones come off, inside jokes take over, and everyone’s scanning the roadside for the next ridiculous clue. It’s color, chaos, and true connection on four wheels—a subtle nod to family as the boldest trend of all. Download, print, and let the hunt begin.

NEW! Our Fun & Free Road Trip Scavenger Hunt Printable for tweens and teens aims to change that.

Free Printable Road Trip Scavenger Hunt – How to use it…

This scavenger hunt can work in small bursts, so everyone still has time to do their own thing.

Or you could run down the list at the start and then have your teens and tweens maintain an eagle-eyed vigilance the whole drive.

You might find that long, talking-free times are suddenly punctuated with, “Look – A cat in car!”. It’s little moments like that that make the car time seem connected and make road trips a little more special than the usual driving to soccer or music.

And you can play this any way you want, here’s a couple of ideas:

    • Make a copy for each person and play competitively with the first person to fill out their sheet getting a prize (or choice of which fast food place to get lunch at or whatever).
    • Another option is to play cooperatively and have the whole family unit try and complete the one sheet together.
    • You know your people best; play the way that works for your carload.
